Terms of service
The service
Voxel Spatial Labs provides Anubis, which turns a natural-language description of a robot into a design package, including the simulation environments it builds. The service is available through this website, the workspace, the REST API and the MCP server. These terms apply to all of them.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your credentials safe. During pilots, accounts are created for pilot customers by Voxel Spatial Labs under the pilot agreement, which takes precedence over these terms where the two differ.
Acceptable use
Anubis must not be used for the categories listed in the acceptable use policy, including weapons and systems whose purpose is to target or surveil people. We may refuse or stop runs that fall into those categories.
What the outputs are
Anubis produces engineering verification evidence. It does not certify a design, does not make a design compliant with any standard, and a design that passes simulation is not thereby safe to deploy. Some gates close only after a measurement on a built unit. You are responsible for reviewing, testing and obtaining any approvals needed before you build, operate or sell anything based on a design package.
Manufacturing release
Review copies of every output can be viewed and downloaded. Manufacturing formats such as STEP, Gerber, G-code and GDS are released only after an authorized human engineering review that you request through the workspace or the API. A release records who reviewed the package and when.
Your designs
You keep ownership of the descriptions you provide and of the design packages produced for you. You grant Voxel Spatial Labs the rights needed to operate the service, including storing and processing your content. How we use data to improve the service, and how to opt out, is described in the privacy policy.
Credits and payments
Design runs use prepaid credits. A full run and a revision cost what the pricing page or your pilot agreement states at the time the run is applied. Runs that fail because of an internal error are refunded. Self-serve payments are handled by Paystack hosted checkout; Voxel Spatial Labs does not store card details.
Warranties and liability
The service is provided as is, to the extent permitted by law. Voxel Spatial Labs is not liable for loss arising from the use of a design package that has not been through the review, testing and approvals described above.
