Privacy policy
What we collect
Account details and email addresses; the robot descriptions, changes and messages you send to Anubis; the specifications, assumptions, design packages and gate evidence produced for you; contact form submissions; billing metadata from Paystack; and operational logs and usage analytics needed to run and improve the service.
How we use it
To run design runs and show you the results, to bill credits, to answer your messages, to keep the service secure and reliable, and to improve it. Descriptions, design data and related metadata may be used to improve the pipeline unless you opt out in writing or a pilot or enterprise agreement says otherwise.
Payments
Self-serve payments are handled by Paystack hosted checkout. Voxel Spatial Labs does not store card numbers, CVVs or raw card details. We keep the payment reference, amount, currency and status.
Logs
Operational logs may include request timing, run and gate status, error details, provider references and coarse usage analytics, kept for security, reliability, billing and pricing analysis. The public pages send one small report per visit with the page, the browser family and version, the screen size, the connection type, how fast the page loaded, whether its styles and images loaded, and any script error; it carries no cookie, no identifier and no IP address.
Who else sees it
Service providers that host the service, send email and process payments see the data they need to do that work. We do not sell your data. Manufacturing release reviews are carried out by authorized engineers under confidentiality.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or opt out of improvement use by writing to legal@voxelspatiallabs.com.
